Samuel “Monk” Matherly Jr. joined Blair Construction in 2022 as a superintendent. His experience in the construction industry spans more than two decades and has taken place almost entirely within Blair Construction’s footprint in the South Atlantic region. As a superintendent, he oversees projects from start to finish, working with clients and subcontractors to ensure projects meet goals, needs and expectations within scope.
