A native of Evington, Va., Ryan Maddox joined the Blair Construction team in 2023 as an assistant project manager. In his role, he assists project managers in numerous capacities, including estimating, coordinating, and managing ongoing projects; working frequently with customers, both new and existing; and ensuring quality standards for all projects from start to finish. He previously worked for Avis Construction in Roanoke as a laborer and holds his commercial driver’s license, spending the majority of his professional career as a tow truck driver with Maddox & Sons Auto Service. He is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and holds a degree in economics and business.
