Tabatha Navarra joined Blair Construction as a project manager in August 2022 and brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the firm. With previous roles of supervisor, project manager and estimator at a number of construction firms in the Hampton Roads area, she has overseen numerous projects in Virginia, both small and large scale. She is an Army veteran and a resident of Virginia for more than 20 years.
