Timothy Clark is the president of Blair Construction and has been with the company since 1999. Tim is responsible for many aspects of the business, including new business development, existing client relationships, contract negotiations, personnel, scheduling, and bonding.
Tim is a board member of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, the Virginia 4-H Foundation, and the Virginia Technical Institute; an advisory board member for American National Bank and Trust and the Olde Dominion Agricultural Foundation; and a Sunday School teacher and deacon at Mt.
