Construction industry professional and military veteran Tabatha Navarra has joined the Blair Construction team as a project manager, President Tim Clark announced.
An Army veteran whose service brought her to Virginia more than 20 years ago, Navarra’s experience in the construction industry spans more than a decade. She previously lived in the Hampton Roads area where she worked for IN Construction as a project manager, JAC INC as an assistant project manager, FastBreak General Contractors as a superintendent and project manager, and DM Barbini Contracting Inc. as an estimator. She also served as a project manager for South Hampton Roads Habitat for Humanity.
As a project manager at Blair, Navarra oversees construction projects, selects and manages subcontractors, and works with clients to ensure projects meet goals, needs and expectations within scope.

With extensive experience in residential construction, Navarra’s portfolio includes Blackwell Senior Cottages in Richmond and a number of structures erected as part of Habitat for Humanity’s Builders Blitz program.
