Beginning June 28, 2021, Joshua Hyler joined Blair Construction, Inc. as the company’s newest estimator.
Hyler, who lives just south of Danville, will begin training under one of Blair Construction’s longest-tenured employees, Vice President of Estimation Ken BeCraft, who has been with the company since 1989.
Blair Construction President Tim Clark also praised Hyler’s experience, which spans 17 years with a North Carolina firm.
“Josh comes to us at the perfect time, said Clark. “His expertise in estimating and job cost is a great addition to our pre-construction team.”
Hyler is an alumnus of East Carolina University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management. Moving forward with Blair, he will put his skillset to use developing and preparing project estimates as well as overseeing other tasks related to cost development.
“Blair Construction has been building relationships for over 100 years,” Hyler said. “Blair continues to be a company that has the experience, the ability, and the desire to meet the needs of any client.”
Hyler’s hire marks the newest addition to the Blair Construction team, which has maintained a commitment to upholding industry standards for its local clients for more than a century. In 2007 Blair employees celebrated over 1 million square feet of construction and have since seen the company’s portfolio continue to grow.
